I spent the morning photocopying music and sorting out things in Grandad's house. I then attended to Pecky, watered the new plants in the polytunnel and realised that several butternuts were on the floor. There was evidence that a rat had attacked a few of the butternut squash, so I decided to move them all to the shelves in the outer-part of the outside toilet (over 60 to move!) The onions and garlic are already stored there and I move the potatoes as well. Andy still came to weed the second bed of leeks, which is brilliant as my time outside is going to be severely curtailed at the moment because of visiting dad and looking after Patrick when he comes out of hospital. I then go off to the hospital to visit dad before the evening rehearsal.
