The day starts off very misty, probably because we had a cold night, there was a mild frost -but not enough to kill anything. It is amazing how important awareness of weather has become in my life...many people are unaware of what is happening outside and I consider it a real privilege that I'm so connected to my environment, and it feels like the most natural way to be. Before going outside I have to finish a musical arrangement for my band which I'm rehearsing this evening. I then went out and planted the remaining gladioli, in the fruit cage border next to the mini orchard, I then continue deadheading. In the afternoon I have an MRI scan, which apparently is routine if you have tinnitus.
